Marta Antinucci

Dancer

Marta Antinucci is a freelance dancer, performer, based in Berlin, also known as Király, for projects where she's involved as concept writer, art director and choreographer. She's experienced in a fusion of styles, such as jazz-modern, hip hop, contemporary, butoh and gaga, strongly rooted into meditative disciplines and combined with theatrical technique. Her means of expression is associated with the Neo-Conceptualism and Post-Minimalism. 
The body and the space represent the borderland between profaned and the inner dimension of spirituality. Her works are inspired by various philosophical and spiritual interpretations of existence, which she places in topical socio-cultural context: the interiority of individual and collective memory. 
Contributes to the basic principles of performing arts by means of dematerialising the body figure, emphassing the topicality of ancient myths and Utopias by the use of objects as symbol of truth.
